Shards of Glass

By Ziar

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

A clock has stopped a bell now tolls Your choices made now unfold Spiraling into the dark unknown Leaving us here all alone Grey Skies Shimmering Eyes Trampled Grass Shards of Glass Lights, procession, dressed in black A cherry chest dust, bones and ash Shroud within these granite walls What will come has come to pass Grey Skies Shimmering Eyes Trampled Grass Shards of Glass Triangle fragmented, two remain Hindered by our earthly chains One day two will rejoin with thee In our eternal niche of threeI think I might need to lighten up a bit or people might begin to worry. LOL I'm not sure if I should change the way the words are displayed on the page. Helpful criticism is alway welcome. Written March 28th, 2002 © on Mar 28 2002 11:34 AM PST   18 • 0 • 1
