Shiva Dances along the delicate paths of crushed shellsAs high tide brings forth ribbons of debris upon salty sand. The peeling away of wet sin like saturated clothingSoothes shivering flesh with the warmth of nakednessWith the feeling of man and god, Brahman and Atman. Two identical souls struggling to inhale the mirror imageOf earth and sky and the ongoing cycles of destruction and rebirthI cannot say this is my favorite poem but something about it makes me feel very satisfied.
