Patience

Patience is a word often intended to accentuate a passage of well-meant advice. It stands alone through the giver’s message, but does not have enough substance to punctuate its role. Patience Is not an acquisition that arrives upon demand, nor is it gained through waiting for it, or exploring its ambiguous definition. It comes in it’s own time, deciding it’s own course of destiny. Patience Waits with us through our many trials, allowing us to find it the only way we can. Each time we conquer a challenge, it rewards us, strengthening its legacy of wisdom. I cannot offer you words that are empty, for my lessons cannot be your strengthening. But I can tell you that I have survived each trial, and have learned the meaning of patience long after the outcome had been determined. Through every hard time, you will gather knowledge. And from that will come wisdom. You will also find the meaning of patience. It was the invisible guardian helping you along.
