Inner Visions.
By Andrew Hide
I found a magic world, the door's behind my eyes, where I can go to get away from all that I despise. When I'm feeling down, to escape from feeling blue, I close my eyes and meditate, and this is what I do. First I find a doorway, the key's within my hand, and as it opens wide, I find a wonderous land. To my left, an enchanted forest, before me lies the sea, to my right there is a hillside, from where the wind blows free. There's fairies in the forest, and mermaids beneath the wave, and deep within the hillside, sleeps a dragon in his cave, The unicorns run freely on the meadows further down, and just beyond the river, is a little pixie town. In the darkened mountains, where witches and magicians live, they'll give you magic charms, for you to do magic with. So when your feeling down, in the deeper shades of blue, close your eyes and find a door, that's all you have to do.A little bit of pathworking put to poetry.
