Overload.
By Andrew Hide
I feel a strange stirring, I know my time is near, my whole world is pushing me, in this haven, I now find fear. My body pounds in beating it's the rhythm of my heart, my head feels like exploding, the pressure's pulling me apart. My senses are overloading, my world is turning bad, my body barely functions, my mind is going mad. Lungs sucking in frozen air, noise pierces through my ears, the lazer light, burns my eyes, I'm petrified with fear. Don't think that I am passing, please don't start to mourn, as I open my eyes, the first time, I realise, I've just been born. Andrew A Hide 4~4~2002I got a lot of ridicule from my wife over this, because we where waiting outside the ulrasound room, waiting to be scanned, when I wrote this.
