A doctor at a mental institution saw two patients out on a pasture. They were talking and laughing while eating some fruits, sitting back to back to each other. All of a sudden one fellow shouted out: "Look, there's a big one over there splashing!" The other madman reached and took up two sticks, and started an action as if rowing. Then the first guy seemed to toss out a line, while making this fishing motion. All this time they rocking and swaying, as if out in a boat in the ocean. The doctor was shocked and called an orderly to go over to the men and detain them. But the orderly replied, "You want me to drown? Call an orderly you know that can swim!"
