Believe Me, I Would...
By Monkei
If I could explain to you, What you make me feel. If I could say in words, The emotions you provoke. If I could write the millions ways, That you make me happy. Believe me, I would. If I could paint you a picture, Showing all the days we've shared. And all the things I've felt. If I could write you a poem, Telling of the happiness in my heart, And the gladness in my soul. If I could tell you a story, About the things you make me feel, And why you make me feel it. Believe me, I would. If I knew how, To make you understand me. If I knew how, To explain myself to you. If I knew how, To tell you all about me. Believe me, I would. But... I guess, That is one thing, I don't know how to do. So I guess this poem, Will just have to suffice, Because I don't how to say it all to you. If I did... Believe me, I would...I am not sure about the last two stanzas, (the last one in particular, but I don't know how to make what I said there fit into the style I was using.)
