Black Fire
This black fire burns inside of me, Engulfing my thoughts, I try to escape this torched soul, This broken black image. I see myself running through nothing, Afraid of the unknown, This pillard of fear stands in my way, Unbreakable sorrow. A cape of darkness surrounds me, Muting my voice, Unheard, unseen, invisible to all, Let me go... The colors of hate blend in my shadow, Repression of love, Walking among the cancers of this earth, My sanity decays. This fire of pure blackness will burn, Fueled by hatred, sorrow, and emptiness, It will be a part of me forever, As I grow dark and lie still.
