No War. No Peace

By Spiderman

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

A word, that would not exist. Had war never evolved. From the simple fight of man. To the killing of them all. A word that we, would not need. If we all could get along. But that is impossibility. One person will kill us all. A word that we, could do without. Had we not been Insecure. Wondering what our neighbours do. 'Cause we learned their religion last year. A word that has us die. Fighting in its name. But do really live in peace. On this very day? But there is nobody that understands. The meaning of this word. And that if there was never war. Then peace could not occur.Unfortunatly not many people understand that if there was never war then there would be no need for Peace. Why? Because Peace is what. A time without war. Therefore if we never had war then how the hell could be have peace? Written November 29th, 2001 © on Nov 29 2001 04:18 AM PST   0 • 1
