'Beginning My End'
from the corner of my eyes, i see life rushing past, a mile a minute trampling the ones left behind. fifteen years i have been fifteen years i have seen false beauty triumphs always, while the glow of the midnight moon is forgotten beginning my end, i am lining up the pills, two at a time. then nirvana was vaccumed out of my burning, nauseous stomach from the corner of my eyes, i watch life tripping over its own feet and blaming the ones left behind. fifteen years i have cried fifteen years i have tried but pain wins over love once again and the joy of a blossoming child is forgotteni HATE it notice the nirvana reference... the high point of this poem... ive read and agreed with the paltry portions courtney cared to share with us of kurt's suicide note many times.
