You build me up then pull me piece by piece apart again. I’m a jumble, a mess, a child’s play thing. Keep me in Rubbermaid; take me out on a whim. I’m a weakened structure. You take joy in leveling me with your sticky hands, In putting together my mismatched plastic body. How big does it make you feel? —You’re in control now. I can be anything you want me to be. Build anything out of my elements; A rocket that will always be grounded, A tower although weak, higher than any other, A racecar with square-wheels that will never go. Throw me to the floor, take it out on me. Discard me, spread me around, and leave me incomplete. See my brightness, the colors I wear for you. Touch me, my ‘perfection’, and wish for something more.um--yeah--I'm in a bad mood... not the finest I admit-zuzu Written February 15th, 2002 © on Feb 15 2002 01:43 PM PST 10 • 0
