No Boundaries
By kvwriter
Boundaries Boundaries? They're like the beaches of a vast ocean. The break, the stop, the places of many footprints. A pause, to stop? Breathe? Cease to move forth? Others might say "You can't," but "You can" is the truth. Anything you dream, let the ocean carry you away, swaying, gently rocking, going places, going nowhere, going where you wish! What you believe is what will be--another truth. Try it out. Raise the sail on that bark, and let the wind carry you, Not the words or wishes of others, but the winds of your soul, of your thoughts, your dreams, your goals. Reach for the mast, grip it tight. No fear. Holding tight to the truth of your heart. Boundaries are placed on us by others. Don't listen. Anytime somebody told me I couldn't do something as a child, I did it! Got in a lot of trouble most of the time. I'm still that way as a woman, a human being, and I will go where I wish, and dwell in the voyage of my own beliefs, and listen to the truth of my own heart, and sail on the ocean of my dreams. It is, afterall, what I believe. I am true to myself and will not listen to the words of oppressors who say something can't be done or I won't be the one to do a thing that needs done or said. If that were so, why is it that I accomplished the feat?I was angry a lot as child, viewing the world as unfair, always fighting for the underdog, always struggling to make the world fair. But, I could only do that from an internal point, I realized, and this was written with a bit of venom, I know, but it is the truth, and I want others to know this. We create our own realities, and I never listened to others, and I've accomplished and experienced, and lived through a great deal, and survived and thrived. I wish everyone could come to this place . . . perhaps in time. I love you all, and bid you the best. Just believe . . . kvwriter/Kelly Written March 6th, 2002 © on Mar 06 2002 03:28 AM PST, Kelly Varner Johnson 18 • 0 • 12
