Heart like a Wind
By repomen79
To my scattered soul, blown everywhere, She sends her "love", she's fine. Heart like a wind not here nor there. I likewise send her "mine". Heart be a rock, does it really matter? This proccess of pressure and slack. That even the hardest rock can shatter, And some things you can't take back. Heart be a wind, let the cyclone form, No, done can't be undone. Take me away in the eye of the storm. For I am the fortunate one. Let dark conceal her every act, That foolish eyes not see. Beyond my facade of spurious fact, To find that she doesn't love me. Heart be darkness that no light, Illuminate her need. Hide her heart beyond my sight, Lest every hope receede. Heart like a reed don't ever bend, We are poets on a page. Read this heart so like a wind, My love my life my rage. For Claudia, twenty three years ago. It still hurts at times.
