Here Before a fire
By repomen79
Within this room the fire burns, To warm the heart that deeply yearns, To deeply drink forbidden springs, And quench the thirst desire brings, The secret restive darkness waits, As passion mingles and creates, A place not of the earth or sky, Far from the room in which we lie. The very taste of ecstacy, Carried to infinity, Born in gentle searching hands, To the place where love demands, The very self be put aside, That from the two shall one abide, And passions promise pulses bright. Upon a cold and winter night. Hear me love, I am made new, withIn the very heart of you. The soul of me has found release, The heart of me is now at peace. Before this warm and loving flame, All the joy that I can claim, Has fullfilled my hearts desire. Here before a winter fire.
