I Call your name out loud (#4)
By repomen79
I seek release and never cease, To wonder where you are. And hope your heart has found some peace, In having gone so far. The stars shine for us both my love, As much as their allowed. I turn my face to God above, And call your name out loud. Time abides, and fortune rides, The winds of destiny. If heaven in its grace decides, Our love was not to be. Then who am I to always cry, And search In every crowd? In hopes that one day you'll walk by, I call your name out loud. Each night I dread the empty bed, We once made love upon. I lie awake in fear and dread, that you are forever gone The man you knew is broke in two, And all that made him proud. Vanished as he cried for you, And called your name out loud. Upon us all the rain must fall, So also must the tears. I pray one day you here my call, Lest all hope disappears. Since I lost you my life is rain, I walk beneath a cloud. And sometimes darling in my pain, I call your name out loud. My heart is made a heavy stone, My soul a weary sigh. Perhaps this world has never known, A sadder man than I. I walk about with shoulders bent, And head forever bowed. And just as on the day you went, I call your name out loud.......It happens!
