Love Poem
By repomen79
I've gone my friend, on the gentle wind, Of a bright and springtime day. For the beauty that your grace extend, Fair carries me away. The wheel goes round, but I've not found, A sweeter prize to gain. Your souls as restful as the sound, Of a gentle midnight rain. Come to me, that we might be, Two of a single heart, To love throughout eternity, And never ever part. I Thought I heard a gladdened shout, And I did not understand. Til I saw all that I'd been without, Was reaching for my hand. Call for the celebration song, And dance neath a silver moon. Let it be the music of our whole life long, That we never forget the tune. Let honors payed, and love be made, In the spirit of a promise kept. A prayer prayed and a song played, And a joyful teardrop wept. Let words annoint your nobility, As you shine in the springtime sun. In the presence of all possibility, Just look what her beauty has done. When the awesome might of love has proved, What we were meant to be. Does it suprise, that some are moved, To write love poetry???Isn't all poetry LOVE poetry?????
