The Gentle
By repomen79
The gentle reach with trembling hand, To dry the single tear. That a weary heart might understand, That there is mercy here. Go forth to a planet that is writhing in pain, Be a comfort and a word. Tell them of a King, whose love shall reign, Let them all be reassured. Gentle are the children, and precious fair, Let them come the house of the lord, Come like a child, to your father in prayer, That you might be restored. Nurture gentle kindness, that a child not stray, From the peace where its heart belong. Heaven has determined on a reckoning day, For the ones who do them wrong. Gentle Gentle, night and day. Wherever passions found. Wherever distraught people say, The answer cant be found. The golden harp of kindness glows, Even in the darkest hour. The river of compassion flows, From Heavens gentle power. For Gozling..HUG Written April 12th, 2002 © on Apr 12 2002 07:51 AM PST, Patric Patterson 0 • 12
