The Hand that held the pen
By repomen79
Cry joy unto my childrens heart. For joy is unto all. Your loving father has a part. In every sparrows fall. Let cease the cares that trouble so. The worried hearts of men. Command He this that you might know. The hand that holds the pen. Have peace unto all men good will. Live free and have no fear. He speaks within the inner still. Unto your spirits ear. That He might ease your heavy load. And walk beside you then. To purpose this, He has controlled. The hand that held the pen. That all is all in his good hand. your every waking act. Is given you to understand. Salvation is a fact. He speaks in nature, art, and song. And its not suprising when. I say the truth does not belong. To the hand that held the pen. In ages past when light did shine. And knowledge was increased. He sent his wise men as a sign. Of heavens offered peace. The wicked one could not abide. Men to come to him again. Yet his wisdom traveled far and wide. From the hand that held the pen. Power rests upon the sword. For evil always must. oppose the prophets of the lord. Who turns its gold to dust. He'll make a king of whom He would. That wisdom might have been. More absolutely understood. By the hand that held the pen.For the wisdom of my fellow poets here.
