The population mimics the name The delinquents are the players in the game Exiled from society "Uncapable of sobriety" Out of the ashes And up from the ground Welcome to Nowhere Town Home to procrastinators galore But we are capable of so much more Sayin we live our live Catch 22 But what does it matter?
