Lost Remembered II

By Egypt

Gravel crunching underfoot, a shadow lurched toward her The body fell against her and they fell, her heart finally stirred Holding in her arms, her Lord gasped and moaned Feeling his body covered in blood, she let out a groan 'Protect you, he couldn't, his life now worthless.' 'He lives long enough to watch you die, Sweet Mistress.' 'The last of your kind you are, the others are all dead.' 'Evil you are, and it ends when I take off your head.' As her Lord laid in her arms, she slowly began to smile 'You think you have won, but sadly, you've one more mile.' Her Lord let out a final gasp, then felt him deep in her core Laughing, she stood and from the wound, blood began to pour 'My death is eminent, and I welcome it with open arms.' 'Our work will continue, without doubt, this I warn.' Her eyesight completely gone, she dropped her head down She cried and thought of her Lord, without making a sound She laid down beside him, her head on his bloody chest Strongly feeling the much needed Eternal Rest Her last words angered them, the one angered further 'Our work will continue...with our newborn daughters.' Screaming in pain, she sat up in bed Crying til blinded, she quickly turned her head Standing above her, the Dark One looked as of stone 'Feel this and own it, your revenge deep in your bones.'
