'Outcome'

The one thing she was not concerned with, hit her hard The backlash, the nightmares all began to bombard Her abilities blanketed, she was bound Spiritually, she made not a sound She never told him what she had done She felt she couldn't, this was her demon One she would carry for the rest of her life Even if it meant a life full of strife She thinks back often to the fateful spell How easy it was, even though she fell The power she held in her mind, spirit and body She wielded it, nurtured it, handled it aptly The power immense, the feeling incredible She always knew, that her heart could be vengeful Would you have done the same thing? I ask The dark energies, you would have to unmask If given the chance again, I think of that often I would do it again, if it sent me to my coffin Drew is special, we've shared many past lives For him, it's obvious, I would lay down and die.
